先日事務所の方で面談がありました！
今の仕事内容について、今後のライクスターについて、働き方について、、などなど、、
私は在宅での勤務なので在宅での悩みもあったり、、その反面まだ小さい子供がいるのでとても助かる働き方であり、今は在宅ワークが前ほど珍しい働き方ではなくなってきましたが、もっともっと在宅ワークがいい意味で発展していくといいなぁと思っています(*^^*)
ところで少し前こんなニュースを見ました。
どこかの国のパスポートの性別欄に【X】という表示が認められたというニュースです！
(どこの国だったか忘れたのかよって感じですヨネ、、すみません(T_T)笑)
育児でもそうですがいろんな考えがあって当たり前です。
例えば野菜を食べない子供について
無理やりでも食べさせないとっ。と思うお母さんだったり、今は何をしても食べたくない時期なんだなと割り切るお母さんだったり、いろんな考えを持つ人がいて当たり前だと思います\( ˆoˆ )/
なので今回のニュースに対してもきっと賛成だったり反対だったりどちらでもないだったり、、いろんな考えがあると思うのですがそれはそれでいいと思います！
逆に人間皆同じ考えの方が怖いです！！(笑)
また結論何が言いたいのかよく分からなくなってしまった、、( ˙-˙ )
とりあえず！！笑
仕事でもそうですが反対意見もあってこそのいい案がうまれることだってあるんです！！
だから私も今後いろいろな考えや意見を提案していけるようなライクスターの一員として役にたてるといいなぁと思ったのでした(*^^*)
